the staff were cute. the room was spotlessly clean and included still and sparkling water. i found a good selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits. the bedding and towels felt immaculate and of good quality.
The room felt a little noisy at times. I could hear sounds from what seemed like the adjacent room.

The personnel were very friendly and accommodating . I appreciated their readiness to assist with directions. staff members quickly addressed my queries and provided helpful information regarding local attractions. this.

the room had usb outlets and modern upgrades. there was plenty of refreshments and a cooler present in the room. the location is convenient with easy access to public transportation, specifically the dlr station, and several nearby museums.

the location is great near the cutty sark. shops and transport options are also close. the room was lovely and very clean. lots of tea and coffee were available (i appreciated this).
i found the room smaller than expected. a work desk would have been useful, but there was not enough space. noise isolation was not ideal (i could hear cars). the wooden floor also had some cracking.
